What do you do at Brettargh? Within my role/job I try to feed the soul. If not make sure my meals are hearty!
Where are you from? Since 1993-Cumbria (forever to some, tourist to many) otherwise born in Scotland.
Describe yourself in 5 words: I can't-but here's the short version! Happy to please-pleased to make everyone happy.
If you had a super power what would it be? To make everyone feel secure/safe and happy/content with their lives no matter how drastically their circumstances can change.
What's your favourite Bible story? Anything with Peter the fisherman/rock-what would you expect from someone called Paul!
What's your favourite food? Everything except for baked and butter beans and mushy peas.
I'm on a mission to...give the community and its guests a hearty meal-and ensure they look forward to their next one and pudding! Food for the body and soul.
